Job Overview:

We are seeking a People and Culture Intern to join our HR team at BayanTech. This internship is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources with a primary focus on recruitment. You will support various HR initiatives and gain exposure to our dynamic multicultural work environment.

Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting CV screening and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Help coordinate employer branding and talent outreach initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
Provide support in other People & Culture tasks such as:

Organizing engagement or team-building activities.
Supporting training and development initiatives.
Assisting with employee surveys or basic HR documentation.

Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in all HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
