ملخص الوظيفة
- Conduct dynamic and safe Pilates classes for hotel guests residents and/or staff.
- Assess individual fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet personal goals and abilities.
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment that promotes health and well-being.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of Pilates equipment and studio area cleanliness.
- Provide guidance on posture breathing techniques and injury prevention during sessions.
- Promote wellness programs and encourage guest participation through engaging communication.
Qualifications :
- Certified Pilates Instructor.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fitness centers is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
