Job Description

A leading ServiceNow partner in Saudi Arabia is expanding their technical delivery team and is hiring a senior ITAM specialist to join them in Riyadh.

You will take ownership of complex HAM and SAM implementations lead technical solutioning and build best practice governance that drives cost optimisation and licence control across major transformation programmes.

You will be the SME for all things ITAM on ServiceNow.
This is a senior hands-on role. They want someone who can design build configure challenge thinking and confidently guide clients.

Experience required
Deep hands-on ServiceNow ITAM (HAM and SAM) delivery
Ability to lead workshops and shape best practice
Strong configuration skills
Good understanding of integrations and data models
Consulting background is preferred
