Job Summary
The Mall Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of twin towers to ensure optimal functionality safety and an exceptional customer experience. This role manages security housekeeping landscape and pest control while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
The operations manager works closely with the maintenance client relations and finance departments to achieve the malls overall business operational and service excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations including security housekeeping landscaping and pest control.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely actions.
- Oversee smooth procedures for ingress and egress of tenant goods.
- Manage traffic flow and parking operations to ensure safety and convenience.
- Maintain the property at the highest standards of cleanliness safety and presentation always.
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure high quality service and cost efficiency.
- Lead train and motivate the operations and CCTV teams to uphold the highest standards of performance.
- Conduct regular staff briefings performance evaluations and training sessions.
- Ensure full compliance with all health safety fire and environmental regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits and ensure all emergency systems are operational.
- Develop and maintain emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with local authorities and civil defense for safety compliance fire drills and inspections.
- Review and approve service contracts quotations and purchase orders.
- Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiency improvements.
- Analyze operational performance and develop strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and KPIs to senior management highlighting key operational metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration facilities management engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in mall property or facilities management including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
