Position: Automotive Sales Executive

Company Overview:

Kasrawy Group is a leading automotive dealership in Egypt specializing in luxury and high-end vehicles. With over 20 years of experience in the industry we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of top-quality vehicles.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Executive to join our team in 6th of October City Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong sales background with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote and sell our luxury vehicles

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle models features and specifications

- Conduct test drives with customers and provide them with detailed information about the vehicles performance and features

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process from initial contact to after-sales support

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions

- Attend training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Valid drivers license
