Project Admin / Document Controller

Job Description:

  • Manage and control project documentation ensuring accurate records and easy retrieval.

  • Prepare format and maintain project reports correspondence and other documents.

  • Support the project team with administrative tasks meeting arrangements minutes and follow-ups.

  • Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.

  • Liaise with engineering procurement and construction teams for documentation requirements.

    Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role

  • Preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine industry

    Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Experience in supporting multi-disciplinary project teams.
