Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr.Product Manager with expertise in logistics supply chain or e-commerce to drive the development and execution of ILLA s product initiatives. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap creation to user research agile development and stakeholder alignment ensuring our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigour technical skill and a passion for innovation in logistics.

Requirements

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap aligned with ILLA s business goals and market opportunities.

Prioritize initiatives based on customer research competitive analysis and data-driven insights.

Define product vision OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and success metrics.

2. User Needs & Requirements

Conduct user research (surveys interviews analytics) to uncover pain points and opportunities.

Translate insights into detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.

Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive customer-centric interfaces.

3. Product Development & Execution

Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Manage the product backlog prioritize features and participate in sprint planning/reviews.

Monitor post-launch performance analyze KPIs and iterate for continuous improvement.

Oversee product releases including scope definition launch coordination and stakeholder communication.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Clearly communicate product strategy progress and results to executives teams and clients.

Partner with operations sales and marketing to ensure successful adoption and GTM (go-to-market) execution.

Champion the product vision and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.

2 years of product management experience in logistics supply chain or e-commerce.

Proven track record of launching and managing complex products end-to-end.

Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management frameworks.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL Excel BI tools).

Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or route optimization software.

Passion for logistics innovation and operational efficiency.
