Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Safety)
- MME (UPDA) certified
- NFPA Certification
- QCDD Approved
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in FM in the Gulf
- 3 years on fire prevention and safety systems in large facilities
Specialized Skills:
- Expert knowledge of fire suppression detection and evacuation systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect test and maintain fire protection systems in compliance with QCDD standards
- Conduct fire risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Liaise with civil defense and regulatory bodies
- Ensure documentation drills and training are up to date
- Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
