Female Head Coach Opportunity at a Dynamic Fitness Facility in Kuwait

Package:

- basic monthly salary of up to 1 000 KWD (US$ 3 250 approximately)

Requirements:

• Personal Training certification (Minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
• Group class certifications
• Can speak English fluently
• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
• Knowledge of various fitness programs with exercise regression and progression
• Self-motivated
• Positive attitude & friendly
• Excellent leadership skills & decision-making skills
• Well presented

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Leadership & Team:

• Lead and motivate coaching staff; keep them accountable and professional
• Mentor coaches and help them improve skills and performance
• Develop and implement coaching strategies and schedules
• Ensure group classes run smoothly on time and at high quality

Normal Daily Duties:

• Work 8-hour shifts 6 days/week (4 hours group classes 4 hours on gym floor)
• Guide and assist members on equipment use and workout techniques
• Provide ready-made workout programs and create premium tailored programs (with InBody analysis)

Personal Training:

• Deliver and promote 1:1 private training sessions
• Earn commission: 25% inside duty hours 50% outside duty hours
• Plan and run classes aligned with gym vision
• Track client progress and help achieve fitness goals

Client Engagement & Retention:

• Build loyal client base and meet PT sales targets
• Support exclusive gym PT offerings
• Promote gym services and engage through social media

Administration & Operations:

• Manage PT reporting accounting and scheduling
• Support onboarding of new coaches and internal initiatives
• Maintain professional knowledge and uphold safety standards
• Collaborate with marketing team; participate in content and events
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Communication & Representation:

• Facilitate communication between team clients and management
• Represent gym values and mission internally and externally
