We are looking for a talented and energetic Customer Experience Specialist who knows how to create an excellent customer journey from the very first interaction to the successful completion of the process.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing multiple interfaces and coordinating activities with contractors customers and warehouses.
- Communicating and following up with various authorities.
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Monitoring routine reports and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service position must.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Office applications must.
- Strong Excel skills must.
- Ability to meet goals and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High service orientation must.
- Strong English reading and writing skills must.
- Proficiency in Hebrew must.
- Additional language advantage.
- Sales orientation advantage.
