- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage a team of L&D professionals providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery
- Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored programs to address skill gaps
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of e-learning content and blended learning solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Prepare and manage the L&D budget ensuring cost-effective program delivery
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
