We are looking for a hands-on passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive the design delivery and execution of impactful learning initiatives across the this role youll serve as a key subject matter expert and projects owner collaborating with People team business stakeholders and content partners to build and execute learning programs.
- An MA/MBA in the domain of Human Resources/ Organisational Development / Sociology /Business Administration or related fields
- 4 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or a related HR/People role within organizations with technological focus
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail able to lead multiple learning projects in parallel
- Experience in working with internal and external content providers
- Strong communication skills able to collaborate and influence without authority
- Comfortable with data and tools experience working with Excel surveys etc.
- Self-starter proactive and highly execution-oriented
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
