We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy maintain financial integrity and prepare insightful reports that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role ideally within NGOs or international organizations.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
