Were looking for a Distribution Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What Youll Do:
- Provide daily support to ensure efficient operations of all distribution accounts.
- Manage customer orders generate reports and ensure all operational records are accurate and timely.
- Run stock reports check product availability handle special requests and process all related paperwork.
- Perform invoicing receiving order allocation shipping inventory management and transportation billing.
- Coordinate last-minute shipping requests and work closely with Transportation and Operations teams.
- Ensure accurate customer invoicing and proper handling of returned merchandise.
- Support inventory control activities including put-aways moves picks shipments and cycle counts.
- Build strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer for invoicing credit and order status.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects filing research and documentation as needed.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution inventory control or a similar role.
- High school diploma (or equivalent); additional education is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel (mainframe system knowledge a plus).
- Strong communication skills customer-focused mindset and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset
