Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Location: Riyadh KSA
Nationality: Lebanese (Max age: 38)

Job Summary

Oversee and optimize all logistics warehouse and installation activities to ensure efficient safe and high-quality service delivery across departments while maintaining proper stock control and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and train logistics warehouse and installation teams to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and implement process improvements for logistics and warehousing.
Monitor team attendance overtime and submit HR-related requests.
Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions where needed.
Ensure accurate data and system entries (NAV CRM) and perform random audits.
Oversee transport operations optimize delivery efficiency and control logistics costs.
Supervise warehouse operations inventory reconciliation stock movement and space planning.
Coordinate with procurement and showroom teams to manage slow-moving and dead stock.
Evaluate installation team performance manage outsourced contracts and ensure smooth project execution.
Submit regular performance and cost reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business or a Certificate in Supply Chain
8-10 years of logistics/warehouse management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Fluent in English
Strong leadership negotiation analytical and decision-making skills
Proficient in logistics systems route planning and Microsoft Office
