5-7 Years of experience in Oil & Gas.
Bachelors degree from Mechanical Engineering.
Familiar with industrial fasteners
Familiar with Quality Tests
Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards and all ISO documentation.
Inspect all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
Measure product dimensions examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
Preparation of ITP and Inspection reports.
Inspection of MTC.
Control of machine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
Coordinate with the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system.
Recommend and implement improvements when required.
