IT support specialist (Ramallah) | P_PGR_006

Were looking for a dedicated and highly motivated IT Support Personnel to manage the computing environment for a team of developers. This position involves hands-on support with hardware setup user support and maintaining technical documentation.

Work Location: Ramallah

Applicants must be residents of Ramallah city.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for engineers in a software development environment.
• Manage user accounts across various IT systems (Active Directory email internal tools etc.).
• Install configure image and troubleshoot laptops desktops and servers.
• Maintain company websites (including WordPress-based platforms).
• Install maintain and troubleshoot office electronic and electrical devices when required.
• Support general administrative and office management tasks when needed.

Qualifications :

• A diploma in an IT-related field or higher
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS (Linux experience is a plus).
• Practical knowledge of configuring and maintaining computer networks.
• Basic experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages such as PHP Java or C#.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to help others.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• WordPress experience is an added advantage.
