We are recruiting a qualified friendly and motivating Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a newly opened boutique womens fitness studio in Al Qatif Saudi Arabia.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modern community-driven facility dedicated to promoting womens health movement and empowerment. The studio offers a vibrant and supportive environment where instructors can grow professionally and make a lasting impact on their clients fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct Reformer and Mat Pilates classes with clear safe and effective cueing.
- Modify exercises based on client needs injuries or limitations.
- Educate clients on body awareness core engagement and postural alignment.
- Develop customized Pilates programs when needed.
- Ensure that all Pilates equipment is used properly and maintained.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere within the studio.
- Provide personalized attention to clients while ensuring group class dynamics are maintained.
- Perform client assessments and track progress as needed.
- Uphold all safety hygiene and health standards in line with studio policies.
- Attend staff meetings training sessions and participate in continuous professional development.
- Represent the studios values and commitment to empowering women through fitness and wellness.
- Stay up to date with current fitness trends certifications and continuing education.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (BASI Balanced Body STOTT or similar)
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching both group and private classes
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Friendly professional energetic and confident leading classes.
- Passionate about womens wellness and community engagement
The Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary up to 10 000 SAR (approximately US$ 2 666)
- 15% Commission on PT sessions
- Paid annual leave
- Medical insurance provided

- Visa sponsorship (if required)
- Flight assistance for international hires
- Commission and bonus opportunities (discussed during the interview)
**Ideal start date: Mid-November to December 2025
