About the role
As a Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for leading the design of solutions and managing the teams developing them within a project. You will also be responsible for selecting a team with the appropriate skillset or alternatively ensuring that the team acquires the required capabilities in due time. You must also ensure proper solution delivery monitoring and governance using MLOps.
As a part of your job you will:
- Leverage data and domain knowledge to solve business problems and create quantifiable value.
- Work cross-functionally to define problem statements collect data build analytical models and design suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain (or lead the development of) data-driven optimization models experiments forecasting algorithms and capacity constraint models.
- Lead teams into delivering models using best MLOps practices.
- Communicate final recommendations and support decision-making.
What are we looking for
- Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics Operations Research Management Science);
- Scripting with Python and nice to have one of these languages (e.g. Pyspark Spark-mllib);
- Experienced with packages such as NumPy SciPy Pandas Scikit-learn matplotlib and tensorflow/pytorch;
- 4-5 Years of project experience as a Data Scientist;
- Professional experience with Java Scala or Spark;
- Experience working with and leading teams in a project environment;
- Experience in delivering projects using MLOps best practices.
Nice to have:
- 1 years of SQL experience;
- Experience in distribution-based architectures such as Cloudera AWS Microsoft Azure Cloud and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) among others;
- Knowledge of Data Governance.

- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
