Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube LinkedIn).
Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Supervise and coordinate with video editor and graphic designer to ensure cohesive brand output.
Ideate and write scripts post captions and visual concepts.
Edit short-form video content for social media (Reels TikToks etc.).
Monitor performance of content and adapt strategy accordingly.
Stay up to date on trends youth culture and digital behavior.
Requirements
2 years experience in content creation marketing or media.
Strong portfolio of creative work (especially short-form video).
Proficient in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut Adobe Premiere or similar).
Strong sense of aesthetics youth trends and visual storytelling.
Leadership skills ability to manage a small creative team.
Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
Bonus: Familiarity with student/youth-focused campaigns.
