Were looking for a Wellbeing expert who truly cares about the wellness and needs of our employees and has the project management skills to develop and execute new creative employee experience your day-to-day you will:
Plan and execute a diverse range of employee experience initiatives
Work daily with multiple stakeholders across the whole of Wix
Manage administrative tasks of ongoing employee projects
Be a key point of contact for Wix employees
Qualifications :
- An employee experience expert with 3-4 years of experience
Youre truly passionate about well-being lifestyle and trends
You have great interpersonal skills and know how to build relationships with anyone
Youre highly motivated and willing to dive hands-on into small and large projects
You have experience managing complex projects & events
