ملخص الوظيفة
- Promotes and sells customized spa programs and ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
- Utilizes revenue management to maximize revenue generation based on data.
- Ensures Guest or Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are always the spas priority.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in spa management with comprehensive knowledge of Spa operations.
- Excellent customer service skills guest-focused with a passion for standards excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Opera Microsoft Office application and spa management.
