Material Controller Overview: Responsible for perform Effective Material Controlling / Handling/Preservation/Traceability Qualification and Experience Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Any Degree. Minimum 5-10 years' experience in onshore offshore fabrications Projects. (Jacket Topside Pipeline Piping and structures) Primary functions: Ensure All responsibilities are performed in accordance with company quality and HSE policy and procedures in cost effective and timely manner with safe environment Supervise daily material receipts inspections proper storage preservation issue returns and transfer of inventories includes client material Knowledge of all type of Material- Structural Piping E&I Logistics Coordination to various delivery location. Coordinates with end users for inspection of material and certification requirements. Ensure all respective transaction are entered in the base system accurately Effective Material Handling and proper preservation Liaison with suppliers and coordinate with procurement for material follow up Preparation of weekly lookahead plan Material in& Out flow Knowledge of Fabrication drawing PR MTO BOM Reconciliation preparation Specific Skills and Knowledge: Complete fluency in English language Computer literate with fluency in Microsoft office Working Knowledge in database system similar to SAP/Oracle Personal Competencies Strong interpersonal relationship capabilities Should be capably of lead the project Material dept. individually Ability Work under work pressure as per site / Project requirements
