Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager (Lighting) for our client a fast growing company in eco-friendly and energy-saving lighting solutions. This role is pivotal for our clients expansion coinciding with the launch of a new manufacturing line in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in lighting solutions ready to drive growth across the KSA market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to introduce the companys lighting solutions to clients contractors and end users across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and secure lighting project opportunities focusing on project sales.
- Perform market research analyze competitor offerings and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with architects consultants and clients to ascertain lighting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare project quotations and proposals and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meets customer expectations.
- Provide insights on competitor products and contribute to vendor registration processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the project management team.
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Saudi market.
- Proven track record in project sales within the lighting industry.
- Extensive knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
- Established relationships with key suppliers contractors consultants and designers in the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driving License. Ready to travel extensively for Business
