Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in production maintenance quality engineering and support departments.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce plans and job requirements.
Proactively source candidates using job boards social media referrals and industry networks.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews and assessments.
Manage offer letters negotiation and pre-employment processes.
Build and maintain talent pools for high-demand manufacturing roles (e.g. production engineer maintenance technicians).
Collaborate with local technical schools training centers and workforce agencies to attract early-career talent.
Support apprenticeship and internship programs.
Represent the company at job fairs campus events and industry expos.
Promote the companys culture benefits and growth opportunities to attract talent in a competitive market.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare recruitment activity reports and provide insights on time-to-fill sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.

- 35 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong understanding of production and plant-based job profiles shift scheduling and frontline recruitment.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems sourcing platforms and recruitment data tools.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with both HR and operational leaders.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior recruitment experience in the FMCG sector (e.g. food production consumer goods packaging logistics).

- Understanding of labor-intensive work environments and seasonal workforce planning.

- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives and local talent sourcing strategies.
