ملخص الوظيفة
The Facility Operator HVAC is responsible for the daily operation inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor HVAC systems chillers AHUs and PACU units.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions.

Maintain operational logs and records.
-
Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.

Comply with safety environmental and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
-
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.

Basic understanding of PACU VRF and control systems.
-
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
