ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a Driver you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas. This role requires excellent driving skills a strong commitment to safety and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations in a timely manner
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS and navigation tools considering traffic patterns and road conditions
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle ensuring it is in good working condition
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary
- Provide friendly and professional customer service addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Accurately complete all required paperwork including trip logs and vehicle inspection reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to changing schedules and route assignments as needed
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Baghdads streets landmarks and traffic patterns
- Follow all company policies and procedures prioritizing safety at all times
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Baghdads streets traffic patterns and local regulations
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods and assist with loading/unloading
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
