- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business IT Sustainability or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion) in asset-intensive or airport environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Finance HR Enterprise Planning Sustainability process design automation and system integration.
- Experience coordinating with data change management sustainability and IT teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional certifications in Oracle HCM Oracle Finance Oracle Planning sustainability management and project management.
