- Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on the requirements of different departments.
- Create new features and functionalities within the Odoo framework.
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards using Odoo reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo modules and applications.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and usage.
- Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.
- Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure the Odoo environment is up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in database management backup and migration tasks for the Odoo system.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
- Manage user access and security settings within Odoo to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor Odoo system performance and make recommendations for improving efficiency and user experience.
- Document Odoo processes customizations and configurations for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies related to the Odoo ecosystem.
- Provide after-hours support for critical issues related to Odoo and associated IT infrastructure.
