Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms bathrooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens replace towels and replenish guest amenities.
Vacuum dust mop and sanitize all assigned areas.
Maintain housekeeping trolley linen closets and cleaning equipment in proper condition.
Report any maintenance issues lost & found items or safety hazards.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Respond promptly and politely to guest requests.
Follow all health safety and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long hours.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Team player with strong attention to detail.
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
