Description

Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Support in preparing client proposals reports and performance reviews.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing Operations and Product) to ensure client needs are met.

Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables.

Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Handle day-to-day client requests and follow up on pending actions.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Prepare and update CRM data and reports regularly.

Participate in client meetings and take detailed meeting notes and action items.

Requirements

02 years of experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success (internship experience accepted).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

A proactive detail-oriented and team-player mindse
