Additional Skills : We require a Senior Business Analyst to lead the integration efforts for an airline loyalty system implementation. This role involves gathering requirements defining API specifications creating integration workflows and ensuring seamless compatibility with internal and external systems such as CRM booking engines and partner platforms. The resource will bridge business and technical teams document user stories support testing and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Their expertise in Agile methodologies and system integrations is critical for timely delivery and enhanced customer experiences. This strategic role will drive the projects success while supporting future scalability.
