Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
7 years in FM in the Gulf
3 years on building fabric maintenance in large-scale developments

Specialized Skills:

Skilled in managing building interiors and exteriors including walls ceilings flooring and finishes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage routine and emergency repairs to structural components
Oversee refurbishment painting tiling and other finish works
Ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality of buildings
Conduct periodic inspections and issue technical reports
Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
