Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Safety)
MME (UPDA) certified
NFPA Certification
QCDD Approved

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
7 years in FM in the Gulf
3 years on fire prevention and safety systems in large facilities

Specialized Skills:

Expert knowledge of fire suppression detection and evacuation systems

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect test and maintain fire protection systems in compliance with QCDD standards
Conduct fire risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Liaise with civil defense and regulatory bodies
Ensure documentation drills and training are up to date
Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
