About the Role What You Will Do
As a French Speaker Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) at TTEC you will be the first point of contact for customers ensuring they receive exceptional service and professional support. Youll handle incoming calls chats or emails assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Your main responsibilities include:
Handling incoming customer communications via phone chat or email.
Understanding customer needs and providing accurate effective solutions.
Conducting research using internal tools to resolve technical or account-related issues.
Documenting customer interactions accurately and following up when needed.
Working closely with your team to maintain high service quality and meet performance goals.
Performing duties in rotational shifts (24/7) with professionalism and commitment.
This position requires strong communication skills patience and a genuine passion for helping others. Full training and support will be provided to ensure your success.
Requirements
Language Skills: French level C1 and English level B1.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center (customer service or similar field).
Education: Graduates and dropouts are both welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.
Benefits
Attractive Salary: 28000 EGP Gross
Transportation: Provided after 9 PM (door-to-door for females)
Social Insurance provided
Location: Maadi Cairo Governorate Egypt
Working Hours: 8 hours 1-hour break
Days Off: 2 days weekly
