- Your clients will be major conglomerates in KSA operating across diverse industries including Automotive Manufacturing Industrial Manufacturing Component Manufacturing Insurance Real Estate and Retail.
- Your role will be to leverage the companys strengths to generate new business from these target accounts across the various sectors.
- The Software Services Sales Manager reports directly to the KSA Country Head ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Master of Business Administration and more than 10 years experience as a sales manager in the software services industry.
- Strong foundational knowledge in information technology including hardware software and IT services.
- Strong network in the Software consulting and Services ecosystem is a must.
- Working with OEMs like SAP Microsoft AWS etc. is an added advantage.
- Lead and inspire a team providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key sales metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business objectives.
- Use market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract processes including local alliances and sales partners.
- Fluent in Arabic.
