ملخص الوظيفة
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate Kaizen DMAIC or value stream mapping workshops.
Qualifications :
You hold a Masters degree in Industrial Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering:
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Ability to analyse KPIs such as cycle time throughput and first-time yield.
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace gas turbine manufacturing or assembly environment experience.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Relevant Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
- Additional qualifications in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence advantageous.
