MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze business systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and translate stakeholder needs into actionable BI requirements.
Design develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBI EE).
Perform data ingestion transformation and modeling to enable accurate reporting analytics and data-driven insights.
Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports ensuring usability scalability and compliance with BI governance standards.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize BI architecture integration and performance across the organization.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior BI developers and analysts.
Ensure adherence to BI development best practices data governance standards and security protocols.
Support continuous improvement by identifying new tools techniques and approaches to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
SKILLS ABILITIES AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBI EE).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for query writing view/table creation and stored procedures.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL processes and data warehouse architectures.
- Solid understanding of data modeling report building and dashboard development best practices.
- Ability to articulate and document BI architectures and technical processes clearly.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or related fields.
