As part of the Commercial team and reporting to the Retail Media Lead this role is responsible for planning and orchestrating QC campaigns across Partnerships Commercial Ad Operations and Marketing stakeholders.
The objective is to deliver impactful QC campaigns including seasonal events product launches (new in-app media assets) regional campaigns and other initiatives that drive sales and customer growth.
Whats On Your Plate
- Lead campaign planning and coordination across Partnerships AdOps and Marketing ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage campaign trackers and timelines proactively driving input and ensuring milestones are met.
- Draft and refine campaign briefs consolidate documentation and analyze campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Act as a liaison across teams resolving risks or blockers and providing guidance.
- Collaborate with Regional teams sharing best practices and supporting cross-market learnings.
- Drive adoption of new in-app product assets training teams on their usage and optimizing visibility for campaigns.
- Partner with Commercial and Partnerships teams to co-design partner campaigns and seasonal activations that meet revenue and engagement objectives.
- Build campaign performance and execution picture report
- Work closely with Marketing to integrate campaigns into communication and media strategies.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field related to retail FMCG Product and Tech
- 4-6 years of experience
- E-commerce experience
- Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
- Proven track record in delivering in a complex and fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross functionally.
- Advanced Excel skills experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight (experience with Looker Tableau is a plus).
- Great deal of understanding the content/e-merchandising and customer funnel
- Basic understanding of digital media - how CPC and CPM work
- Ability to monitize assets using basic sales pitches
