Attraction Attendant (Seasonal)
This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation in the Attractions Department in relation to the companys core process; thus directly impacting the opening and closing of the rides and leisure facilities delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Meet and greet guests as they enter rides.
- Ensure children are of the appropriate height and age for rides.
- Display a friendly helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow team members.
- Maintains high ethical and professional standards.
- Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
- To assist with emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage loss or injury to any Guests team members or Company property.
Qualifications :
- High School education.
- Previous work experience in Leisure Theme Park or Hospitality would be an advantage.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
- Guest service skills and English communication skills.
- Able to read and interpret manuals relating to safety operations and procedures.
