Job Purpose:
The Level 1 Support Engineer focuses on first-line support for ERP-related inquiries and configurations. This role works closely with business and operational teams to assist with system usage and identify the root cause of configuration-related issues.
What will you do in your role
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to queries and technical issues via chat or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our teams configure our ERP based on each businesss needs.
Guide teams on how to configure ERP settings to align with specific business requirements.
Investigate inconsistencies in financial ledgers to identify the root causes.
Effectively triage the type of issue - misconfiguration retraining or software bug - and report it to Level 2 support or relevant development teams as needed.
Document problems and solutions accurately clearly and in a timely manner within the ticketing system.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Computer Science
Strong understanding of accounting concepts
1 years of experience in a support role in SAAS or Cloud-based ERP
Excellent Communication Skills
