An international medical education organization is seeking a polished and professional Admin Assistant to represent our Giza office and ensure smooth efficient and high-standard office operations.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Professionally represent the organization when welcoming guests partners and international speakers.

Manage day-to-day office operations: scheduling documentation correspondence and logistics.

Coordinate with our regional branches in Dubai KSA and other countries.

Support senior management in planning conferences training programs and events.

Maintain an elegant organized and professional office environment that reflects our international standards.

Prepare professional presentations documents and communication on behalf of the managers.

Ensure effective coordination between departments and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Act as a point of contact between management and employees.

Requirements


Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Professional appearance confident personality and strong interpersonal skills.

Previous experience as an Admin Assistant Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator in a multinational or high-end organization.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure.
