ملخص الوظيفة
- Main Responsibilities:
1) Supervise and mentor IT support and infrastructure staff to ensure smooth daily operations
2) Design implement and maintain secure network and system environments
3) Manage and monitor cybersecurity protocols tools and incident response procedures
4) Administer and optimize VMware environments and virtualized infrastructure
5) Oversee firewall configurations updates and security policy enforcement
6) Collaborate with senior management on IT strategy risk assessments and compliance
- Main Requirements:
1) 6 to 9 years of experience in IT operations with a strong background in:
1. Cybersecurity principles and tools
2. VMware virtualization platforms
3. Network infrastructure and security
4. Firewall management (e.g. Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco ASA etc.)
2) Proven experience in team leadership or IT project supervision
3) Strong troubleshooting communication and documentation skills
4) Relevant certifications (e.g. VMware CISSP CCNP Security CEH) are a strong plus
