- Managing Team of Social Media Moderators
- Operating Tasks on the Notion platform.
- Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.
- Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customers advertising and social media accounts.
- Manage/ observe social media platforms and optimize when needed.
- Organizing tasks & Working Closely with the Creative team.
- Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.
- Sending monthly reports showing all the tasks and achievements during the month
Requirements
- B.S. in Marketing Business or equivalent education in related fields.
- 1 year of experience as a Digital Account Executive.
- Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion HubSpot etc...) & MS Office Suit.
- Digital Marketing Certificate is a must (diploma - course)
- Digital Marketing Agency Background
- KSA & GCC Clients Experience is preferred.
- Ecommerce Experience is preferred.
- Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
- Positive attitude detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent Handling Problem Solving Account Management Skills.
- Very good in English writing & speaking.
- Great attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- An analytical mind.
