ملخص الوظيفة
As a Compensation & Data Analyst in a temporary position (for 1 year) youll manage compensation data create reports and support decision-making your day-to-day you will:
Maintain and analyze compensation data
Operate interfaces between HR and payroll systems
Build dashboards reports and define key metrics
Responsible for external compensation surveys and data preparation for Board of Directors Compensation Committee
Manage compensation budgets including tracking and distribution
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in data and analysis
High proven analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas and a strategic view
Strong team player with initiative
