We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Madinah Saudi Arabia (preferred)
