Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company specializing in security solutions and products located in 10th of Ramadan City.

About the Opportunity: HR Business Partner Supervisor
Your mission as an HR Business Partner (Supervisor) will be to align people strategies with organizational objectives. Youll act as a trusted advisor to management ensuring HR policies procedures and frameworks are effectively implemented while driving engagement development and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Policy Implementation & People Engagement

  • Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments.

  • Contribute to developing and applying HR frameworks tools and processes in alignment with company goals.

  • Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies employee relations and legal compliance.

  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.

  • Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee talent management activities including staffing onboarding performance reviews and employee development.

  • Plan and forecast employment needs ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning.

  • Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems.

  • Support organization structure updates job evaluations and job description reviews.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning engagement and accountability.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 610 years of progressive experience in HR with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering employee relations and organizational development.

  • Strong knowledge of labor law HR frameworks and best practices.

  • Excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proactive collaborative and capable of managing complexity with sound judgment.

  • Fluent in English.
