Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company specializing in security solutions and products located in 10th of Ramadan City.
About the Opportunity: HR Business Partner Supervisor
Your mission as an HR Business Partner (Supervisor) will be to align people strategies with organizational objectives. Youll act as a trusted advisor to management ensuring HR policies procedures and frameworks are effectively implemented while driving engagement development and performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Policy Implementation & People Engagement
Partner with management to advise on HR policy and support its implementation across departments.
Contribute to developing and applying HR frameworks tools and processes in alignment with company goals.
Provide guidance to managers on organizational policies employee relations and legal compliance.
Lead the resolution of complex employee relations cases and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Oversee talent management activities including staffing onboarding performance reviews and employee development.
Plan and forecast employment needs ensuring effective resource allocation and succession planning.
Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems.
Support organization structure updates job evaluations and job description reviews.
Promote a culture of continuous learning engagement and accountability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: HR Expertise & Business Partnership
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
610 years of progressive experience in HR with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Proven experience in HR business partnering employee relations and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of labor law HR frameworks and best practices.
Excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proactive collaborative and capable of managing complexity with sound judgment.
Fluent in English.
