About the Opportunity: Digital Transformation Project Manager
Your mission as a Digital Transformation Project Manager will be to lead and oversee transformative digital initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals. Youll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to plan execute and deliver impactful digital projects that enhance efficiency drive innovation and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Transformation & Project Execution
Lead the strategic planning implementation and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines milestones and resource allocations.
Oversee project progress ensure adherence to deadlines and manage risks effectively.
Administer project budgets monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Implement change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement across all departments.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for the integration of ERP CRM and HRMS systems.
Conduct risk analysis and create contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders providing updates on progress risks and milestones.
Track KPIs and project outcomes recommending process improvements when needed.
Stay up-to-date with digital trends tools and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: Leadership Innovation & Digital Expertise
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
35 years of proven experience leading digital transformation projects.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Certified PMI-PMP (mandatory); additional certifications such as PMI-ACP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
Expertise in ERP CRM and HRMS system integration.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English.
