ملخص الوظيفة
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- The Technician Grade 2 will be directly reporting to the Workshop Manager/Service Manager.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
- Safety guidelines want to follow up as per company policy.
- Maintaining the work standards as per the companys policy and procedure.
- Reading and understanding the customers concern.
- Follow up the diagnosis procedure as per service manual.
- Preparing estimate as per diagnosis and company standards.
- Taking approval based on diagnosis directly from supervisor.
- Maintain the 5S activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
- Recognize diploma in regular basis or ITI certificate (Industrial Training Institute) done in regular.
- Dealership experience (3 Years).
- Knowing of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) as per company standards.
- Technicians will speak with their supervisors so the ability to understand instructions and communicating effectively will benefit you greatly.
- Knowing about the replacement of unit assemblys (Transmission Differential Transfer case suspension and brakes etc.)
- Basic knowledge about SST (Service Special Tool) tools handling.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Working Hours: as per the Service Dept. Timings.
