Could you be the full-time onsite Project Documentation Manager in Riyadh SA were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll ensure the seamless application of the Documentation Management Process across the project fostering efficiency and alignment. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management Engineering and Quality Assurance) provide guidance on documentation processes and much more.
Well look to you for:
Providing enough resources to the Project Documentation Management Team
Ensuring the application of the Documentation Management Process by all Project team members
Intervening on the perimeters of responsibility in the documentation processes in case of dispute
Supporting the alignment of documentation practices across the project
Monitoring the quality and timeliness of documentation deliverables
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless documentation workflows
Identifying and mitigating risks related to documentation management
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process
Ensuring compliance with internal and external documentation standards
Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in documentation practices

Degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Experience or understanding of documentation management processes in a project environment.
Familiarity with document control tools and software (e.g. SharePoint Aconex etc.).
Knowledge of project lifecycle and documentation workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Problem-solving skills to address disputes in documentation processes.
Ability to manage resources effectively within a team.
